FAQ: I was looking for my organization’s podcasts, but created a new account instead. What do I do?
If you entered your email address and were prompted to create a new account, this means that there is no Storyboard profile associated with your email. Here’s what to do if this happens:
- If you’re signing in with a personal email account, try checking your work or school email to see if an invite was sent there. You will need to sign in with the invited email address.
- If you are not seeing an invitation in any of your email accounts, you have yet to be invited to Storyboard. Please reach out to Storyboard support and let us know which organization’s podcast you would like access to.

If you are creating a Storyboard account for work or school, we recommend signing up with the email corresponding to that organization, such as email@example.com.
If you’re planning on using Storyboard for non-work or school reasons, feel free to use whichever email you’d like.
