Activate your account 

Free and Pro Plans

To activate your account, you will need the six-digit code included in your email invite. If you have not received an email from invites@trystoryboard.com with an activation code, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Web portal 

1. Copy the activation code that you received in your email invite. 
2. Use the Listener Login to access your Storyboard account.
3. Select ‘Enter First Time User Code’ and enter your email, password, and code.

Mobile 

1. Download the Storyboard app: iOS or Android 
2. Copy the activation code that you received in your email invite.
3. Select ‘Enter First Time User Code’ and enter your email, password, and code.

Note: For security, you can only use the email address associated with your activation code. If you would like to use a different email address, please contact our customer support team. 

Single Sign-On Plans

Web portal 

1. Use the Listener Login to access your Storyboard account.
2. Select ‘Access Single Sign On’ and enter your company email address. 
3. You will be directed to your company’s single sign-on screen, where you can enter your credentials.

Mobile 

1. Download the Storyboard app: iOS or Android.
2. Select ‘New User’ and enter your company email address. 
3. You will be directed to your company’s single sign-on screen, where you can enter your credentials.
